Hidden images in my document

I have a very large document (over 3MB), with lots of ecuations and images
imported from other sources. Suddenly some of these ecuations and drawings
are lost or hidden, and can't recover them. By clicking on them twice, I get
the following message: "Not enough memory to show or print the drawing"....
Please, help - thanks
