Hidden macro's?

Hello,

I've got a excel-file with apparently a hidden macro.
When I open the file it sais if I want to turn the macro on or off.
But the file itself doesn't contain any macro's.

How do I remove this 'hidden' macro?

It's probably a module with an erased macro. Remove the module
