Hidden process running with Outlook?

Within the last month or so, I've been noticing a process that seems to run
every 5 or 6 minutes when Outlook is running, but I can't identify what it is
in the Task Manager. The only indication I have of it running is what looks
like a command prompt window's presence in the main Windows taskbar for a
split second. Whatever this process is also wakes Windows out of screen
saver mode. I've used a third-party program to print a list of all processes
running with Outlook both running and not running, but there wasn't any
strange process listed. Any ideas?

No, that's set to 1 minute and doesn't cause anything to appear in the
Windows taskbar.
