Hidden toolbars?

Hi all,

I have Word 2003 on a WinXP Home machine with 2 users.
I installed another application that inserts its own toolbar inside
Word.
What happened is that from one user I can see it, while on the other
one I can't.
I mean, it's not even on the toolbar list in the appropriate menu, I
can't turn it on as it seems not be installed on one user profile.
What can I do, apart from reinstalling it all?

Have you tried running the install program while logged on as the other
user? There may be some updates it needs to write into the user
profile.
