I want to mail 200 members of a group without them all receiving the 200
addresses in their header of the email. Any ideas? I have made a contact list
in Outlook so that I can send one message to all of them but cannot keep the
Identities of all the other recipients confidential

Send a copy to yourself or someone who doesn't need to be kept confidential
and bcc to the 200 people

That would work if he/she hosts his/her own domain. In most other cases the
ISP will have set a limit on how many people you can mail at once.
