Hi,
I'm using MS Project 2003. I have assigned resources with less than 100%
availability to work on certain tasks. When I view the Gantt chart, the
decimal or percent of thier assignment unit is shown next to their names in
the "Resource Names" column (in the data/speadsheet area, not the graphic
area) as such: Colin(13%), Mark(20%), etc... I understand the whole
assignment unit part, but I do not want to display it here. How can I shut
off the display of the assignment unit?
I have been to the Options\Schedule tab, and the "Show assignment units as
a" selection will change the number diplayed from a decimal to a percentage,
but this was no help in hiding it completely. Also, unchecking "Show
scheduling messages" had no affect.
Can I hide this bit of information, or am I stuck with it?
