Hide BCM toolbar

I keep telling Outlook 2007 to hide or delete this BCM toolbar because BCM is
something I'm not using now. But it will not go away. I say "delete" it asks
"are you sure" I say "yes" AND IT'S STILL THERE.
I've seen other posts on this subject and the only solution I saw was to
delete BCM entirely! Why is that? Is it really correct one cannot have BCM
installed w/o toolbar displayed all the time?
I do not wish to delete BCM because I may wish to use it, w/o it's annoying
TB, in the near future. I can use other parts of Outlook 2007 w/o the
respective toolbar displayed all the time. How do I do that for BCM? Thank
you.

There is a way to do this. Go to 'Tools-->Trust Center-->Add-ins.'
High-light 'Business Contact Manager for Outlook' then select 'COM Add-in'
in the 'Manage drop-down list' and press the 'Go button.' In the dialog that
follows uncheck 'Business Contact Manager for Outlook' and press the 'OK
button.' Restart Outlook and the toolbar should be gone. Finally right click
the file that 'Business Contact Manager for Outlook' created in your 'All
Mail Items' list and select 'Close.' Outlook should now be back to where it
was before you activated 'Business Contact Manager for Outlook.' If in the
future you want to use the BCM simply reverse the process.

I get HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed...when I click try to uncheck
"BCM" in the dropdown list. Please help. Thank you.

Are you logged on with administrator rights? That could be the problem. I am
when I follow the instructions I posted earlier.

Sorta off the side track here but I'm trying to figure out how to login as
the admin. HELP!

The built-in Administrator account is hidden from the Welcome Screen when a
user account with Administrator privileges exists and enabled. In Windows XP
Home Edition, you can login as built-in Administrator in Safe Mode only. For
XP Professional, press CTRL + ALT + DEL twice at the Welcome Screen and
input your Administrator password in the classic logon window that appears.
Login as 'Administrator' and enter your administrator password. If you've
never password protected your computer leave the password blank. If you have
created passwords, use the first one you created for this purpose.
