I've entered some "comments" in my document, but I don't need to see them all the time, and I don't need the extra wide right margin that is created after comments are entered. Is there a way to hide comments and revert to the standard margin?

One Option: View> Markup.

Another: Word> Preferences> Track Changes, clear the Use Balloons...
checkbox.

Another: On the Reviewing Toolbar click Show, select Comments

Another: On the Reviewing Toolbar Display for Review listbox select Final
