Hide Completed tasks in PWA

How can I prevent PWA from displaying completed tasks?

Scenario
A task is assigned to a resource. The resource uses PWA to record actual
hours against said task. Project is updated with actual hours. Remaining
hours is set to 0 and/or % complete is set to 100. Project is saved. Task
is still visible to the resource.

I'm using Project Pro 2007 and Server 2007.

There is no default way to hide completed tasks on the My Tasks page in
Project Server 2007. Instead, do the following and the system will hide
them automatically:

1. Click the Settings button and click the View Options item on the pick
list.
2. Select the "Show Only Current Tasks" option.
3. Click the Apply button.

The system will hide all tasks completed more than 10 days ago, plus future
tasks more than 10 days in the future. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately the "Show Only Current Tasks" is not a viable option. These
projects consists of a large number of parallel tasks that have no particular
sequence. Filtering out tasks with start dates 10 days into the future would
hide valid tasks.

I must say I'm confused by your statements. How are tasks parallel when
they're on the schedule more than ten days in the future? Parallel to what?
If tasks are available for work now, but are scheduled in the future, one
has to ask why?
