Hide completed tasks on Resource Assignments page

How do I hide completed and deleted tasks on the view resource assignments
page? I have chosen a resource, hit apply, and now all of his assignments,
including completed assignments and deleted assignments, show up on the grid.
How can I get rid of those and have this be a default setting? I want to
send this resource a report showing his incomplete assignments. If there's
another way to do this, I'd like to know. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!! Thanks.
