Hide Cost Information

Hi, everyone

I have an great isssue.

I'm looking for a way to hide cost information from a couple of project
managers,
in fact just one Project Manager will work with cost for every project and
all the others can't see the cost information.
I'm using Project Pro/Server 2003

Any Idea

Anyone who has Project Professional and has permission to open a project can
see all information (including costs) about that project.

They also can see rate information for any resource that they have
permission to see.

There are tricky programmatic / process workarounds; but the basic tool
cannot prevent it.
