We are using Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2007. I want to be able to share a
folder, add the person's folder to my calendar view but only allow them to
view that appt name - I do not want them to be able to open the appt to
see
any details that may be written in the body of the appt. I dont want to
have
to create a meeting with someone to see what they have on their calendar -
is
there any other way to suppress the appointment detail? for example - My
boss has her calendar shared out as reviewer - with full details. The
only
other option is free/busy or free/busy, time, location and subject. If I
select either of these two options it blanks out her calendar if I go to
look
at it from my calendar view. The only way I know what she "really" has
open
is if I start a meeting request and go to availability - I want to know if
I
have any other options.

This is not possible. You can mark them private to hide all data or
remove
calendar permissions and only give them free/busy permission - it you
have
exchange 2007, you can control the level of details.

I would like my calendar to be shared with others, but prevent one from
clicking on the appointment to see details. All they see is subject
and
location.
