When sending marketing emails to my contacts, I tried using the BCC
function to hide everyone's email addresses. The problem with this
tactic is that, some recipients forwarded the message to others within
their company, not knowing that they had already been included. The
end result was that some contacts received the email up to four times
via forwards.
Is there an easy way to send mass emails so that individuals at the
same company can see each other's emails, but all others are BCC?
I'm wondering if there's some sort of way to set Outlook to hide other
Distribution Lists from each other, while still revealing contact info
for those within each Distribution List.
Currently, I'm having to send different emails for each different
agency...which is about 50 emails. Ugh!
