G Gord Dibben Aug 24, 2009 #3 Select the cells to be hidden. Format>Cells>Protection. Checkmark "hidden"........they will be locked also by default. Now Tools>Protection>Protect Sheet. You may want to leave other cells unlocked for editing. First hit CTRL + A to select all cells. Unlock these. Now select the cells to be hidden and locked and do so. Now protect the sheet.
