Have you tried a table view like Diane suggested?

After furious head scratching, Tina asked:
| I tried going into "Customize View: Outlook Data Files" and then into
| "Fields." The only fields I'm currently showing are: attachment,
| subject, location, start, end, recurrence patern, categories. I can't

|| Which view are you using? You can remove it from any table view
|| (i.e., By category).
