hide nonworking times

Stace

Hi,

Is there a way to hide nonworking times on the calendar view? I have to
schedule a group for 6 hours/day, Mon-Fri, for multiple projects. When I do
this, I have to scroll through 18 hours of nonworking time every day, plus
weekends. I'd rather just see the time I have available to work with.

Thanks,
Stace

Stace,
In the Calendar view go to Format/Timescale. Select the option to show
the week with 5 days instead of 7 days.

Hope this helps,

Hi Stace,

Since it is not possible to show hours on the Calendar view, you probably
mean some other view, maybe the Gantt Chart?
In that case sorry, the answer is no.You can't hide the nonworking time.

Hope this helps.
