I want to use distribution groups for mass emailing, but I want to protect
everyone's privacy. How do I hide email receipts from each other when using
group distributions?

SQL Brad

type the distribution group in the BCC field....and send the email to
yourself in the TO field.

Hi Becky,
I have just been changed to Outlook (from Eudora) and have the same problem.
I used to have a distrubution list with an Alias name that I could simply
put in the To: field , every body got the email, but could not see each other
address.
Someone told me to do as "SQL Brad" suggested, but when I get my copy I can
still see each individual address in the BCC field. So I guess they can too.

If you are the SENDER then of course you will see all the names in the BCC
field - how would it be otherwise? However I can assure you that your
recipients can NOT see each other's names.
