You could set the query to hidden (right-click, properties). This is
trivial to overcome by Tools, Options, Show hidden objects.
You could base your forms/queries on SQL statements rather than a saved
query, and therefore not have them at all.
You can do lots of things to hide the database window, create custom
toolbars, etc to hide things from the user.
