hide recipient e-mail address

When I send e-mails to several people, how can I hide the e-mail addresses so
one recipient can't see the e-mail addresses of the other recipients? I don't
want to use the BCC approach because some readers block such e-mails.

False. No valid email software blocks BCC files. If you want to hide
recipients, use the BCC field. The rest of the world does.

OK, thanks, but is it possible to show recipients but not their e-mail
addresses?

Only superficially. Anyone who is able to see the recipients can always see
the addresses.

You can set each Contact's Display Name to be their familiar name only.
