Hide section line on top of new page

I have a report, where my detail has a line to separate records.

I also have a line at the bottom of my page header. Sometimes a new Detail
begins at the top of a new page - then I have both lines on the top of the
new page.

Can I somehow hide the detail-line on a new page?
