Hide Shapes Window & Cross Functional Flowchart Dialog Box at Star

When opening a file in Visio 2003, the Shapes Window and Cross Functional
Flowchart Dialog Box always appear, and I then have to close them. Is there a
way to keep these two windows from opening at startup?
