Hide startup task pane(s)

Using MSProject2003ent

There are two startup task panes, the one I removed by going to;
Tools/Options/General and un-checking "show startup task pane". The task
pane that I don't know how to remove is the second one. It's labeled Tasks
and will allow you to [Define the project or Define general working times,
etc]. What I do now is click the red x to remove. How do I remove this help
pane from showing up during startup?

That thing on the left is called the 'project guide' and can be turned off
and on in the 'view' menu.

whoops, my bad: i gave the location in 2007. In 2003 it is in
option/interface/show project guid.
