Hide Table Grid

When I send somebody a document in which I have hidden
the table grids, they are receiving it with the table
grids shown. Is there a way that I can save the document
so that it opens for the other user with the table grids
hidden?

The query wasn't a problem for for me.

I'm a Word tables user, but don't surf the tables ng very
often. Since tables are an integral part of Word, the Q
belongs here too - IMO.

That maybe, and if it had been cross-posted to both groups, I would not have
said anything about it. The problem is, when the question is posted
separately to multiple groups, if it is answered in one group, the answer
does not automatically appear in the other group. This can result in people
expending (wasting) their time answering a question that may have already
been answered. If on the other hand, the question was cross-posted, the
answer would appear in all of the groups when it is answered in anyone of
them to which it was posted in that manner.
