Hide Titla Bar

I want to hide the Access Application Title Bar. I know you can do it with
API but I'm a little scared of that. I thought that perhaps I could do this
instead. I'd like your opinions on this matter if it it wil work or not and
any downsides. I have no toolbars or menubars to be concerned with.

On Open I would open a form Maximized, with o scrol bars, record counters,
borders, just a blank colored sheet. It would be in Pop-Up mode. Then I
would open my start-up form and other forms in Pop-UP Modal mode.
