Hide Toolbars

Hello:

I have a database with custom security driven by tables
and VBA modules. The database has different user groups
("Administrators","Users", etc). I want to disable all
toolbars from every group except the "Administrators"
group.

I know how to disable toolbars in the Startup menu, but
how do I re-enable the toolbars using VBA when an
Administrator logs in.
