Hiding Access

Anyone know if and how you can hide the entire MS Access
Window on startup so that the user only sees the forms on
his/her desktop.

There is code here that will hide the Access Window:

Warning!
It's not for the faint of heart. Heed the warnings given!
Also, this will still require that a full version of
Access (or Runtime) be loaded on each workstation.
