Hiding and Viewing Backend Info

Hello,

I am creating a db at work which is almost finished. I have to link however
to another db which has information that i need in it's tables. I was given
the link to the information however when I open up the backend which contains
the tables all I get is an empty access screen in which there is no data that
can be viewed.

Could this be because I do not have permission to view the information
located in the backend or is there a way that I can pull up the information
view access key use?

Perhaps the tables are hidden. Tools, Options and check Hidden objects.

Are you sure you've clicked the Tables tab? You're not just on the
Macros tab (for example) (and there are no macros in that database)?
