HIding check boxes and description

I have a template which has 3 check boxes on the bottom of the form which if
checked insert another document at the end. This works well.
What I want to do is hide the check-boxes and their descripion when printing
or saving.
What event can do this?
Or something besides an event.
I have hidden paragraphs on events but, these check boxes are last on the
form.
I would prefer not having another field after to run event on exit.
