Hiding < <| |> > command buttons

This is probably in a FAQ somewhere, but I don't know the terminology or
what those controls are called to do a search so I'm hoping someone here can
interpret what I mean :)

Is there a way to hide those previous, next, first, last record controls
that appear by default on a new form? They are aesthetically displeasing to
my eyes :) I much prefer to supply my own way of navigating records and
these buttons are certainly not in that plan .

Thanks!
Chris

in the properties for the form turn off the navigation buttons. you may
also want to turn off the record selector also if you have your own select
mechanism.

Thanks everyone who replied. Seems I looked everywhere except the end of my
nose (i.e. properties)... shesh. I'm embarrassed :D
