Can anyone help with how to hide each individual email
when sending a group mailing?

Thank you, Janis

Hello Thor,

Hello Thor,

Thank you for your response. It appears that you are
directing me to an answer to my question, but I don't
understand where you're directing me. Could you please
reply to "How to hide emails in group mailings"

Thank you,

Janis,
Just enter the distribution group or group of email addresses into the BCC field.

Natalie, Thank you very much for your reply. That seems
simple enough.

Natalie,
I did the BCC thing, and I realize what is showing the
names is a header running horizontially across the email.

In the header there is From: (shows my name) and TO:
(shows all names in the group), and then SUBJECT:
(whatever I put in for the submect).

Do you know anything about this and how you might remove
this header?

Thank you again, Janis

Whenever I've done this, it shows FROM: me TO: nothing, CC: nothing. Be sure you are using BCC not CC. Sometimes people will put their name in the TO or CC line and the rest of the names in the BCC line.

Natalie,
When I put the list in the BCC, that works fine, however,
there is a header in my emails that shows the From: me,
To: Undisclosed Recipients. I would like that the To:
would show nothing, but it doesn't seem to work that way.
Would you have any other suggestions.

Thank you, Janis
