hiding contacts on out going mail

when sending e-mail, i don't want my recipients to see who else is on the mailing list, but themselves
the list must be hidden on the accepted mai
how do get this result

use Blind Copy (BCC) when you address a recipient. That way each person on
the distribution on sees their name on the received mail item
