Hiding Cursor?

I am using Camtasia to capture fullscreen Powerpoint slides. This
product works great with Powerpoint. However, I am having trouble
with the cursor. Once I start the slide show, and begin recording
with Camtasia, I place the cursor "Off" the screen, to the left bottom
corner. I can't see it when I record, but it is there, half cut off
in that left corner when I review the recordings. And it is an
hourglass, even though I am advancing slides. Is there a way to
totally disable the cursor so it won't show at all? I guess I can
then use the keyboard to start, advance slides, etc - correct? I use
PPT2000.

If you refer to the PowerPoint cursor arrow, it can be hidden full time with
CTRL+H.
