Hiding data in Organisation Chart Shape (Visio 2003)

Hi,
In Visio 2003 I am creating an Org Chart which will have Name / Title /
Telephone number as the main pieces of data. Is it possible to hide one of
those fields ie telephone number? this would allow publication of the charts
with only Name / Job title

My immediate thought was to use layers but thus far I can only see this
working on the entire shape not the piece of data within a shape.

Check the Org Chart menu for Options. You should be ableto specify what
fields are shown where on each shape. So you can temporarily hide the
telephone number by changing what the shape contains.
