Hiding/Deleting left Nav bar options from users

I'm attempting to hide the "Create New Tasks" from the left bar from users.
I have gone into several areas and shut it off/denied it, but it won't go
away.
There must be a specific screen in the admin view that I can go in and turn
off that feature.

Any direction/help would be appreciated.

If you want to globally Deny this permission for everyone in the system, do
the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Server configuration
3. In the Features data grid, scroll to the Tasks section of the grid
4. Set the New Project Task permission to Deny
5. Click the Save Changes button
