Hiding Errors

I just upgraded to Word 2003. I always recorded a little
macro to Hide Spelling and Grammar Errors in the current
document. I did that with 2003 and, while it did place a
check mark in each of the two boxes in the menu, it did
not turn off the Spelling and Grammar Errors. I can do
it manually, but I like to have a button I can just click
to do that.

Am I doing something wrong, here?

Thanks,

It may be easier than you think. If you right-click on the Spelling and
Grammar Status icon on the status bar, you can select Hide Spelling Errors
and Hide Grammar Errors (and also easily access the Spelling and Grammar tab
of Tools | Options).
