Hiding / filtering Completed Tasks in PWA Timesheet View

I have an installation of MSPS 2002 that requires that
completed tasks will not be available to the teams for
further time entries.

How can I filter the Timesheet View so that Completed
Tasks do not appear for team members? If they can not see
them they can not enter time is the logic here...any help
would be greatly appreciated.
