Hiding ID# Column When Printing

When I print the task list, I only want to see my WBS numbers, not the
row ID# to the far left. However, I can't find an option to acheive
this. Anyone know the answer?

Nevermind. I got it. You have to edit the table view by deleting the
ID# row. Then it works fine.

Hi Lance,

Unfortunately, you didn't include any of the information from the
original reply, so "elaborating" is not possible.

I'd suggest creating a new table and using that for printing:
Choose View > Table, More tables to display the More Tables dialog.
Select an existing table and choose Copy to open the Table
Definition dialog box.
Rename the table as needed.
Select the ID row in the Field name list and click the Delete Row
button.
I'd disable (uncheck) the "Lock first column" checkbox.
OK to close the Table Definition dialog and return to the More
Tables dialog.
Apply to apply the edited table.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
