bexley

Hi,

I need your help please!

How do I go about not printing the ID column of a programme?
I have all these ID from all different projects and I just know tha
they are going to confuse everybody so thought it would be better if
could just get rid of it when I print

Many thank

Hi Bexley,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Quickly: in the Gantt Chart view, move your cursor to the column heading and
slide across to the divider line to the right of the ID column until the
cursor turns into a left/right arrow. Then click and drag to the left to
hide it.

Long Term: if this is a common requirement, View/Table Entry/More
tables.../Copy... Now give the table a new Name and then select the ID row
and Cut Row. Now, when you want to print you can view your new table.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
