hiding identities in printout of calendar for outlook 2003

I want to fax copies of my calendar to colleagues to avoid conflicting
meetings with each other. I don't want to disclose to them the identity of
persons or functions for appointments already scheduled. Is there a way to
hide or black out the names while showing the times and dates already taken.
I normally use calendar details style or monthly style.

That's what the "meeting Invitation" function is for - if you have a
conflict, decline the invitation!

I thnk you've completely misinterpreted the OP's desire.

Since you want to fax the calendar, one way would be to take a screen shot
of the calendar didplay and then use any image editor you choose to alter
the image to block out the sensitive information before printing the image
for faxing.

maybe - but surely the idea of using an electronic calendar as in outlook is
to PRECLUDE having to print out copies of the calendar and faxing them.....
