Hiding of Duplicate Records when printing.

When I try hide duplicate records by grouping certain
columns my report prints off with blank spaces where the
the original records were.
basically If I have 5 lines with the same details when I
do my grouping I get one line with info and 4 lines of
blank space then my next grouping.
can anyone help me?
this is driving me crazy.

I don't know if this will work...but it's worth a try.

Go into design view in your report. Right click on the
field that you want to hide duplicates. Under the "All"
tab, select Hide Duplicates.
