hiding options on a shapes right-click menu

Where is the setting that will disable or hide the menu that appears when you
right-click on a shape?

I am trying to hide the extended menu options of
"Cut","Copy","Paste","View", "Format","Shape","Help". which appear when you
right-click on a shape.

I'm sure I have seen this periodically when using Visio 2003. I only require
the Actions section of a shape to appear on the menu when I right-click on
the shape.

possible? or am I halucinating ?
