Hiding Planned Hours from Timesheet

How do I remove the planned hours line from the timesheet. I would like to
be able to turn it on and off (like the Overtime option).

Also why isn't there a daily total now for hours entered into the Timesheet

Thanks in advance

As far as I can determine, there is no default way to hide the Planned line
for each task in the My Timesheet page. I think this line is there for the
benefit of the team member who can see the way the PM planned the work on
each task. I realize it takes more lines to show all tasks on the My
Timesheet page as a result.

As far as why there is no total at the bottom of each day, I do not know.
It feels like an oversight on Microsoft's part since the My Tasks page
provides a daily total. Hope this helps.

I agree that having the planned hours available is good but it does make the
timesheet view confusing as it isn't that easy to see which tasks that
haven't had time entered when are are a large number of tasks.

Suppose I will need to get the webpart modified to change this view
