Hi all,
My office is currently running Outlook 03 on an Exchange server. We
are using a security group to share users local calendar and it is
working fine with one minor exception. When a user enters a "private"
appointment, it does show as "private" to other users but it can be
confusing. They have no way of knowing if its a doctor appointment and
the user will be out of the office or if its just a perosnal memo or
reminder.
It would be best if we could make it so private appointments are not
visible at all to other users. Is this possible?
