Hiding Repeating Regions

Hello,

I want to hide a repeating region on a form (on intial load) until the
user clicks the "add repeating region" link, if the form has
repaeating regions filled out then they should be visible to all
users. I am aware that you can hide a control through the conditional
formatting functionality in InfoPath, but im not sure how I would do
this? , any help greatly appreciated.

I would but the repeating section inside another section. Then go to
properties on the container section and click the display tab. CLick
conditional formating and setup a rule that if your check box or whatever is
false then check hide.
