Hiding some fields in contacts

How can I restrict some users from viewing some fields like private
phone number and allow others to view them in Outlook 2002 / Exchange
2000?
Any advice will be appreciated.

There is no security in Outlook below the file level. Outlook is
designed to make data access easier. If you must have per-field
security, then you need to use a database that is designed to provide
that level of security.
