Hiding tasks in administrative projects

Is there any way to hide tasks in an administrative project so that they
won't show up on a Project Web Access task list? We've already entered hours
against the tasks, so we can't delete them due to the actuals.

No. Sorry. This is one of the frustrations of using administrative
projects. That is why Gary Chefetz and I encourage companies to create
standard projects that function like administrative projects. Hope this
helps.
