Hiding the cursor

I have Powerpoint as a front-end for a Microsoft Movie Maker narrated
slideshow. THe presentation was created in Powerpoint 2002 and Moviemaker 2.0
and played under Powerpoint Viewer 2003. When the movie starts the mouse
cursor is displayed. It is hidden in the Powerpoint slide.
How do I hide the cursor during the movie presentation?
