hiding the e-mail address of e-mail recipiants

I want to hide the e-mail address of e-mails when sent to several people. I
have the display as in the contacts with just a name, but when I do an e-mail
their e-mail address shows. What is the procedure for doing this?

Click View, All Headers, and put the names in the BCC: line. Those names
will not appear in the email or in the email's headers at the destinations.
