Hiding the Spreadsheet Toolbar and Sheet Selector

I need to hide the Spreadsheet's Toolbar and Sheet Selector and am having a
very difficult time figuring out how to do it with Java Script code in IE6.

Can anyone help me out?

each control has a reference to the toolbar that you can access and turn
off. googled, 5th result
