When I publish an InfoPath 2007 form, designed to be used within a
browser, to a sharepoint site, and then go to the page, I see at the
top and bottom of the page a toolbar that has:
Submit
Save
Save As...
Close
View ParkingPermitApplicationForm
Print Version ParkingPermitApplicationForm

The form is a request that mails the forms contents to a person. The
actual contents are not being saved and manipulated.
So I would like to figure out a way to remove this top and bottom tool
bar from the page. Is there a configuration setting to do that?
